I love my kid, but WHAT IS THIS? We now know that parenting is not for the faint of heart ……without a little, or a lot, of help. Once upon a time we knew that “takes a village” so welcome to your community.
In this workshop, Zainab Jamal, will guide parents through the neuroscience of connection and teach practical, everyday strategies you can use right away. These tools help children regulate their emotions, reduce conflict, and build stronger, more trusting relationships within the family. They will also help you feel calmer and more connected. Welcome to the village.
Zainab is the mother of two teenagers, a Registered Psychotherapist, a high school guidance counsellor, and a Connected Parenting™ Accredited Coach. She is passionate about helping families feel more connected while still setting clear, healthy limits.
