Come flow with Michelle in this gentle yet energizing Hatha class. We will ease our bodies into openness and balance mindful flowing sequences with sustained poses. Michelle will offer modifications for all levels of practice.
4 Thursday mornings : 10-11am – $90 subscription for 6 classes (pay below)
Single class – $17 (bring cash for a single class)
Michelle has been a student of yoga for more than 25 years. She finds the practice to be grounding and freeing, and she enjoys bringing yoga’s endless lessons into everyday life. She’s grateful for the privilege to be teaching Vinyasa and Hatha Flow classes to students of all levels. Michelle has a gentle and compassionate approach, and she deeply honours the reality that our bodies and minds are constantly changing, whether from year to year or from day to day. She encourages her students to listen to their inner wisdom, and helps them to feel at home in their own practice. When she’s not on her yoga mat, you can find Michelle walking in the woods with her family and her dog Moxy, savouring all of Mother Nature’s gifts.
